Arguably, the product manager is the most important part of any modern organisation.

It’s the product manager who is responsible for ensuring customers get the maximum possible value from purchasing decision. For deeply understanding the needs and pain-points their customers have – sometimes better than the customer themselves. And of course, for ensuring that each and every product a company offers is delivering on its promise, each and every time. It’s the product manager that can really make companies stand out from the crowd.

With this in mind, the modern product manager is one that can balance customer empathy and understanding, with strategic and commercial acumen, with digital and design prowess. A true business leader who drives business value.

In this program you will develop the capability to identify and address customer needs, to utilise best-practice design principles to create product-to-market (and market-to-product) fit, to develop amazing new products whilst continuously improving existing ones, understand the commercial implications of product development and manage product portfolios to effectively achieve business goals.

As the lines between digital and physical products continue to blur, this program will also develop your digital and technology acumen so you can play a true business leadership role within your start-up or organisation.

FAQ's

The program cost is $xxxxx. You’re required to confirmed payment arrangements prior to starting.

We accept credit cards and bank transfers and can organise invoices for business purposes. We are also now proud to be working with StudyLoans if you’d like to manage your cash flow.

Each workshop runs for three to four hours and we suggest you spend at least the same amount of time in between workshops in order to make the most out of the program.

You can of course spend less as everyone learns differently and has different goals. We’re here to support you achieving your goals – not make you fit our mold.

Everything you learn in a Plato Project program has been curated and developed in line with the insights and expertise of inspiring, successful, leading experts – our industry partners. We focus on the key areas that have driven their success, balanced with the things they are focusing on for future success – this ensures maximum relevance to you and your pursuits.

Helping you bring it all to life is your instructor / coach / facilitator. Each of these people are first and foremost unbelievably good teachers – which means they will ensure you learn and grow as their first priority – in addition to being successful in their own right!

It’s this combination which allows our programs to deliver genuine results.

We of course provide certification that you have completed the program which you can proudly display on your resume, LinkedIn and/or anywhere else. However, this in our opinion is only the smallest part. By completing the program you’ll be developing a capability which will take your career further and move you closer to achieving your goals.
